Bad experience w Tennis Channel Plus

I do not recommend Tennis Channel Plus- first of all, there is just not that much live tennis broadcast. I originally subscribed before the French Open, thinking I could watch a few matches that werent being broadcast anywhere else and then easily cancel it when didnt want it anymore. This has not been the case! When I decided to cancel it, I looked up how to do it on their website and it said to email a certain email address to cancel. So I did, and received an email back saying that my subscription was cancelled and I would not be charged again. Ok great, done. WRONG! I was charged again the next month. So I emailed back, asking why I was charged and was told that I would have to cancel through iTunes since I had subscribed through my mobile device. Ok... So WHY wasnt I told this originally in the first email, WHY dont they have those instructions on their website, and WHY was I told that my subscription was cancelled and then I was charged again?? I have emailed them and asked for a refund for the last charge since I was straight up told that I would NOT be charged and have not heard anything back. So, in short, Tennis Channel Plus really isnt worth the money and is NOT easy to cancel , like Netflix or Hulu.
