Annual Pass = Waste of Money

I got the annual pass because it was advertised that I could watch the French Open matches and ESPN3 was not showing them. Turns out that the Tennis Channel did not have permission to show the finals, but that was not disclosed to me when I signed up for the annual pass. I got quite the surprise when I tried to watch the womens singles finals and they were not showing it. I sent an email asking about how to watch the finals and I also got a fairly terse email back. I felt pretty bamboozled since they knew all along that they did not have the rights to show the finals yet they advertised that signing up for the annual pass would allow the viewer to watch all of the French Open. I also tried to get a partial refund due to the false advertising, but they refused.

I wanted to write this as a warning to others. Dont do what I did and sign up for the annual pass. It is a waste of money.
