Tennis Channel App content not as advertised

As of March 2017, the app is no longer offering encore matches and classic matches. Apparently this is a "known" issue but nothing has been shared with customers and nothing is posted on their website or Facebook page. Customer service has apparently been instructed not to share any details with customers even though this affects customers financially since they paid for this content
